These terms govern services from KG Group via kggroup.io. By purchasing a subscription or project, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide website design, mobile apps, custom software, hosting, maintenance and consulting. Scope is defined in your proposal or agreement.
Subscriptions & billing
- Recurring plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
- Payments are processed by Paddle (merchant of record).
- Prices are in EUR; VAT may apply.
- Non-payment may lead to service suspension after notice.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice to period end unless otherwise stated. See our Refund policy.
